Good nutrition should reach further.
Since 2010
Around the world, where you live and what you can afford
still shape the kind of nutrition you can access.
At the same time, the food we already grow
holds more value than we often use.
We wondered if those two realities could meet.
What if we could find more nutrition
in what already exists—and make it available
to more people?
Our answer started with cacao.
We began looking at food materials that still retain nutritional value after processing.
In the lab, cacao bean shells stood out.
Our research found a protein-rich fraction with antioxidant activity and naturally occurring minerals hidden in a part of cacao that rarely reaches our tables.
That discovery became the beginning of our first prototype. But for us, cacao is only the starting point.

Since 2010
From one ingredient to more communities.
We want to take what began in the lab beyond it.
Our next step is to work closer to the places where food is grown
and the communities where affordable nutrition can matter most,
learning from local producers, adapting to local needs,
and finding ingredients that make sense in each place.
What begins with cacao today
could take a different form somewhere else tomorrow.

FROM CACAO TO THE WORLD
We are starting small: one ingredient, one experiment,
one prototype. But we don’t intend to stop there.
We hope to build partnerships with farmers, schools, food producers,
and local organizations across different countries, turning locally
available resources into nutrition that can stay affordable and useful
within the communities they come from.
Cacao gave us our first answer.
